If there was one like Darren in every city then unfortunately each city would start off with huge wholesale 24 hour drug dealing on one of your cities estates. Then your city with a Darren in would experience quite a few murders with unfortunately a few of them being innocent but still a war would start between Darren, his firm against a few other dangerous firms and something very violent and unique to your city would happen that would scare the community and even the police. Because the Darren every city needs would go to war with rival gangs and also the police. They would attack the police in your city, not with the mad amount of guns they have been using daily but with bombs. I think 3 or 4 Liverpool plod stations was attacked with bombs and hand grenades and also about 30 other places like cars, houses and even nightclubs were bombed cus we had a Darren in are city. It's hard to convey how crazy this city was for quite a few years. It looks pretty much like most 1990,s council estates in Liverpool and does not at first sight look or seem deprived or troubled but go on there with the wrong attitude or not worry about the place then shit can turn full scouse aggro in a minute.
