Are you actually using a Mic connected through a Focusrite USB audio interface to key the radio and if so, how? Is it a VAC connection? Honestly, a video on how you route and control your audio in PowerSDR would be great subject matter for this channel!

Which version of the Orange Pi is recomended ? No mention of this on the sdr IQ website. Which Orange pi did you use in your video ?
    Cheers,
    Peter.....

Hi Peter, currently Christos is only selling a complete solution, with Orange Pi already configured. It may be worth dropping him an email to see if you can purchase a Pi Hat on its own before spending money on an Orange Pi. You could also ask him the Orange Pi version, just to be sure. Thanks

How did you manage that PowerSDR can display your output power after the PA?

Good Morning. Great videos. You refer to orange pi. My question is, is this different from the pi4 and pi3 ect.
    Thanks

Great review, I own the RS-HFIQ and the XPA125B, how do you send the input to key up the amp? I am waiting for the SDR IQ Pi hat to arrive to complete the system, thanks, enjoy your videos! 73. K7LEN

I use the PTT line from the 3.5mm jack on the RS-HFIQ to the PTT line on the 125B. Make sure the amp and the RS-HFIQ are using the same power supply. To be sure on the connections, you’ll have to check the manuals for the wiring as it’s difficult to explain in txt.

I would really like one for my RS-HFIQ but its unobtainable and the startech usb sound card is a uber PITA to work with in debian setting up with quisk. I got fustrated and dunked the idea its been said BEHRINGER (UCA202) usb sound card works better in debian but still only 96khz sample. Really wish someone would do a nice complete tutorial on how to setup the RS-HFIQ on the RPi4 for a noob like me with little to no knowledge on programing language and the in's and outs of linux. I'm almost at the point of bundle everything up and sell it and regret throwing $100's away.
