      The upside down heart as the bum is clever! What a great way to make use of that mold!

    You are supposed to dry the moulds upside down to get appropriate edges instead of pooling in the bottom and making the shell too thick and having to glue the edges back together.

    • @BrittneeKay
      @BrittneeKay  Před 2 lety +1

      You can let the candy melts in the molds set up either way, it just depends on what you are going for. :) I don't recall gluing any edges back together, what part are you referring to?
      It did crack a tiny bit but I actually don’t mind because it shows people that things don’t have to be exactly perfect to be usable or turn out great! 🐰

    So nice and beautiful🥰🥰 can we use just alcohol to clean the mold? Thanks !

    • @BrittneeKay
      @BrittneeKay  Před 2 lety

      Yes, you should be able to use a high percentage of alcohol. 100% ethanol alcohol or something close because you want to be very sure it all evaporates before using the mold!

    Luv this! But what is chocolate candy melt? It seems you don't have to temper it, correct?

    • @BrittneeKay
      @BrittneeKay  Před 4 měsíci

      Yep! Candy melts or coatings are compound chocolate and already stable!

    How did you make the tail?

    • @BrittneeKay
      @BrittneeKay  Před 2 lety

      I show you what I did at 10:00 in the video. I just rolled up a ball of chocolate modeling clay and added melts. You can also use a ball of fondant or gum paste. :)
