Unfortunately the water dump trick got nerfed drastically, you have to have a 3 x 3 square and i believe it has to be 2 deep to get the same amount of irrigation you got from the 1 tile cheese. It was changed in update 5 so it still works in update 4 but it's just something to be prepared for once update 5 is live. I do like the idea of using the small houses as a vertical power shaft, make sure you dynamite out a trench for the buckets of the gravity batteries to go into to get the most out of them.
I originally complimented one of the tips, but I've edited my comment cos they're all brilliant! I especially like using the small homes to vertically move power!

I'd be interested to see how update 5 affected your irrigation.
This map no longer works unfortunately with the new update.
Great tips, thank you so much! Can you tell me if there's a way to build high structures without building some kind of scaffolding with stairs and pathways? I have no idea how you built those tall and long bridges without them.
Not sure there currently is a way without mods
scaffolding for these kind of projects is like a bonus game challenge :)
