    I am a diagnosed Coeliac and wonder how this analysis may help me?

      Yes, it would help you to look at your genetic weaknesses and see how you respond to certain foods (i.e dairy, caffeine), see which nutrients/vitamins would need to be supported and look at your histamine breakdown.
