I got this skateboard around 2016. I didnt touch it in a long time and the battery was fried after not charging for so long. I contacted after sales customers service asking for a replacement. wish me luck :)
Yes, unfortunately, the same happened to mine, the battery died, it's totally wrong to store lithium batteries for a long time while fully charged or fully discharged, we should have stored them at 40 to 60% charged. but at least, i have been riding it lots of time for a year or 2 before the battery was damaged. I saw the battery pack sold on some canadian site can't remember. anyway, best of luck finding it :)
Unfortunately, mine were broken as well, and since this eboard is an entry level and not one of the best expensive known brands, i think it's gonna be a bit hard to find any parts of it. And my battery died as well .. But hey, let's look at the bright side, it was one of the cheapest out there yet an excellent build quality and easy to ride! :D
Mo HD, well umm I 've been on the same issue when i bought a new phone, but fortunately, i kept trying some of my common passes and finally one worked! but umm maybe if you unscrewed the battery case, you may find a rest button which will allow you to pair it again with your remote and your phone .. i saw this method with remote pairing, but maybe it would reset it to the factory password. you can try it as a last option if you totally failed to remember your passkey :) .
