    I will make a block 75MM set it on the machine bed and touch off the tool from the top of the 75MM block. Unless you can think of a reason that would not work?

      That would work. We have many customers who have created their own fixture for that use.

    Can you possibly give the part number and name for the 1/2 inch bit you used in the video?

      In this video we used two bits. Roughing: Amana 1/2 core box AM45932. Finishing: Amana 1/16 Tapered ball AM46282.

      @@AxiomprecisionCNC Can you please double check that part number for that 1/2 core box bit? Amana does not have such a bit with that number on their site.

    Thanks for the video. I'm using UCCNC with Vectric software. Would I incorporate the Z offset of 75mm into the toolpath?

      I don't believe you will. You will set your Z zero at the machine side and use the offset there.
