I would absolutely love an Armada Sideways figure. Not only was he a pivotal character to the story, his is also the Armada toy I played to destruction as a little girl.
Armada Wheeljack (aka Not!Sideswipe lol) would be awesome as well, just because I really like his colors and that scarred over Autobadge. Could probably get away with a minor retool of Sideswipe so it wouldn't even be too hard.

I’d love an armada sideways. Would be interesting to see the new take on his original gimmick.
Other than the obvious combination partners, Sideways with double headmaster gimmick, Demolishor and Cyclonus would be cool to have. Autobots outside of Blurr and maybe hoist don’t have too many interesting designs I’d want to see, though getting Scavenger and Sideswipe to give them better figures would be cool
armada overload and jetfire i think would be nice for how they combine with prime and have play interactions with each other.
One leek of the junkeon bodies could end up being energon demolisher.

Though if they do Smokescreen, it better come with the Skyboom shield. Launching it to one of the others was a big part of his screen time.
The presence of ratchets in a leader class figure gives me hope that they will do a Legacy Tidal Wave. Usually when a figure has ratcheted knees, they're supposed to help support a heavy weight of some kind. But on a figure like Megatron, he doesn't really have any substantial weight above the knees to warrant ratchets pointless unless they plan to combine him with Tidal Wave down the line.

We need a Legacy Armada Sideways with his faction-changing gimmick intact. He was so integral to the series playing both sides and being the avatar of Unicron.

For the Autobots, it would have to be Jetfire! We need that classic combination again! As for the Decepticons, I would have to go with Sideways. He was such a cool character in the show! It would be fun to see how they would do the headmaster gimmick with him.

The ears on mine never fell off. In fact, they never even became loose. I don't know where you got yours, but you could've just gotten ahold of something from a bad batch, as I've never heard of the original's ears falling off.

I managed to find a single copy of this figure at Walmart yesterday! He’s very fun and scales well with Armada Starscream, cant wait for Optimus Prime to arrive in August!

The Micromasters that we got in "Transformers: Siege & Earthrise" are your minicons you can attach them to weapon ports on Megatron in either vehicle or robot modes, they won't activate any gimmicks like the original Armada toy, but you can still pose Megatron with minicons on him.
the Antlers do Ariticulate just like that one Armada episode he used to choke Hot Shot.
Ok Conspiracy theory time. I think we will get minicons but the catch is instead of having ports they will have pegs, this is because all the armada figures so far have ports where the minicon pegs used to be (Starscream's fore arms, Megatron's arms, shoulders and back of the tank turret). Also if you think about it it makes more sense for the toyline since you could plug the minicons into ANY figure not just the armada.
Btw I know people want a minicon star saber the most but honestly I want Leader 1 the most, Armada Megatron feels incomplete without the little guy especially since he's also a target master and completes his "chest cannon mode"

I would like a Voyager class Armada Demolisher.
We need Red Alert, Cyclonus and Demolisher and then we have all of the original Armada cast.
Also we need a Titan class Tidal Wave.
@cruller11 Commander Class doesn't do Tidal Wave justice. In the show he was often depicted way bigger than his combine gimmick would really allow for and in the game he's huge, and given that he transforms into a Decepticon flying aircraft carrier, the size makes sense.
The only other thing they could do is release 2 versions, a leader (I've seen some people say commander would be too big for the gimmick cause the weight would make Megs unbalanced or at least barely able to pose) AND a Titan, the Titan could be game colours while the leader would be show colours.
Also Broadside would probably do better as its own figure than a repaint, he looks way different and, if memory serves, is a triple changer.
I would love to see an armada sideways or a energon arcee because sideways was the goat when it came to be a triple agent more than double dealer or punch/counter punch
An Armada repaint of Optimus for a Nemesis Prime wouldn't be too bad either!
My buddy ordered me prime so I had to order Megatron just for some fight scene displays when they come in
having a horn pop off allows to reenact the fight Armada Megatron fight with Galvatron in Dreamwave comic and I agree we need Tided Wave and Mini Cons to complete Armada Megaton
A deluxe demolishor would be nice the original figure is pretty good for possibility but missing shoulders and you can get I think 4 repaints from that mold. Then for an autobot voyager red alert who’s original figure was also pretty possable but the kibble did hinder the figure
Just bought it two days ago. I saw it being the last pc on the store so i didn't hesitate to get it and it's totally worth it! Just need to buy hotshot armada legacy and legacy armada optimus to complete the line uo

I already preordered Armada Megatron and Optimus. I grew up with Armada, so I felt like I had to get these two for nostalgia's sake (even though I never owned the originals).
Personally, the only other figures I'd like to see get remade would be Sideways and Demolisher.
Also i think they should just make Armada Wheeljack using Sideswipe's build.

The reasoning for the hands being different wasn't just because of the original toy but because I'm the show that hand was actually a claw instead of a normal hand

The reason why the cannon doesn't spin 360° has nothing to do with the transformation process... What happens is that Hasbro avoided for the cannon to adopt a compromised position over the crotch when the turret is placed in the front of the robot in order to avoid memes and a possible complaint from parents.
That's stupid... But I wouldn't put it past them considering the Punisher fun figure, that one (I think) Energon toy and Transmetal Blackarachnia

Seeing as most of original Armada Megatron toys I see are with broken horns, I can see the value in the Legacy's horns being plug-ins.
As for what I would like to see, Jetfire is a no-brainer. Though as far as Unicron Trilogy goes, I would love to see Energon Galvatron. Definitive design for me.
the original armada megatron's horns were plug ins as well. There was a pinching claw/battle damage gimmick to them. You're more than likely not seeing broken horns but just missing ones.
EDIT: Mildly concerned about these new ones being soft plastic compared to the hard plastic of the original because of what's happened to other figures that have softer plastic plug in parts.

If you can try disassembling the entire shoulder and using super glue inside the joint, there are a few tutorials on yt showing how to do it. That should fix the looseness.
I do wish he came with his minicon, but we can at least still hope for Tidalwave.
The original Armada Megatron is the only old figure that I still have from back when I was a kid. Certified brick.
I wouldn't mind having an Armada Red Alert and an Armada Optimus Prime that didn't cost more than $60.

A retool of the WFC Micromasters into 5mm port compatible Minicons. You can already make a Star Saber using the Decepticon air team and an extra Windsheer. Needs a Voyager class Red Alert and Cyclonus and a Deluxe class Demolisher. Hopefully eventually we will get a Commander class Tidal Wave or I can see them doing him as a Haslab. Maybe. Haslab set of Jetfire and Overload.

i feel his turret gimmick would look better facing forward if it had like an accessory that looked like his minicon that you could plug into the peg just to give it a more.....original look i suppose, it just feels weird not having it in my opinion.
