Yes they were right and also the only thing good about him is the fact that he wants to stop child trafficking

I'm kinda surprised that the WWE had issues with his right wing views given that Vince McMahon is close friends with Trump and a life long republican. I'd say that there's probably more right wing people in WWE than there are left wing based on what I have heard, although this may have changed in recent years. My guess is that he was probably fired for missing shows and being more dedicated to his political cause than his job. I'm not saying that the rest of the company is as far right as he is, but there does seem to be more of a lean towards the right in the WWE.

To be fair to him, trying to speak out against pedophilia is noble. Although I do get the whole qanon backlash considering some of what they stand for, even as me mostly agreeing with republican views, is a bit mad. I think what he stands for isn’t bad as a whole from my point of view but it’s the way he goes about it. Don’t do it ignorantly, and don’t put others within harm or risk for your beliefs. That has to be number 1 priority. Anyways, yeah he fumbled by being way too unnecessarily outspoken. It’s why I respect guys like AJ styles, a well known Christian that stands up for what he believes in and all that jazz, but he doesn’t shove it in other people’s faces, but he shows by his character who he is, backstage by how he carries himself.
I think overall politics needs to stay out of the wrestling industry. Anytime its brought up, it seriously divides people and pushes away potential fans.
