- This is the Backing Track for Electric Guitar of "Purple Haze" by The Jimi Hendrix Experience.
Purple Haze was written by Jimi Hendrix and released on March 17, 1967 as the Experience's second single. It is one of the best known songs by the band and was featured as the first song on the american version of their first album "Are you Experienced?".
The song is in Standard Tuning.
