Theme and Subject-Matter:
This Prayer is for all those who want to study His Message. It is placed at the very beginning to teach the reader that if he sincerely wants to benefit from the Qur'an, he should offer this prayer to the Rabb of the Universe. Al-Fatiha teaches that the best thing for a man is to pray for "Guidance towards the Right Way" and to study the Qur'an with the mental attitude of a seeker of truth, and to recognize that the Rabb of the Universe is the source of all knowledge. They should, therefore, begin the study of Al-Qur'an with a prayer to Allah for Guidance.
It is important to know that the real relation between Al-Fatiha and the Qur'an is not that of an introduction to a book but that of a prayer and its answer. Al-Fatiha is the prayer from the devotee and the rest of the Qur'an is the answer from Allah. The devotee prays to Allah to show the "Right Way" and Allah places the whole of the Qur'an before him in answer to his prayer, as if to say: "This is the Guidance that you have asked for".

@@darken_wolf666 Alhamdulillah! Brother congratulations!!! Welcome to Islam. Here is some advice. Do not put too much pressure on yourself. Very slow, how slow? Let me explain.
When we pray we say Allahu Akbar,
Then we recite….
SubhaanakAllahhumma wanbihamdik..
Just to give you an example of how slow it took me like 3 days just to learn that line. Brake phrases down if you need to.
I said for like 30 mins, Subhaana subhaana over and over again, slow fast slow fast.. over and over just that part. Then I would go back to it later subhaana over and over baby steps. Then the next day it was already in my mind so I would add the second part of that one phrase KAllahhumma KAllahhumma over and over wile I was driving or showering. Then the next step out then together. That slow. Trust me when I say you will not be slower than me learning it lol.
Also there is a video on CZcams that is a brother singing it, he does it with a certain rhythm, so it helps you memorize it easier. But again anything you learn if you feel like it’s too complicated break it down half a phrase repeat that half a phrase then add the other part of the phrase to it. Repeat that over and over and over and over and over again, no pressure. Take as long as you need to.
Also, if you want to pray what I would do is there is an app called NamazApp.
It teaches you how to pray with a brother reciting each prayer. So you can play it out loud on your phone and just practice each movement that shows you as it goes along. It shows you what to do step by step. Remember this is like you are a new born baby, you won’t be walking in a week or two weeks.. is going to take a little practice patience and repetition.

Did you convert over a single surah? I mean, no research about the Islam in general and what it means to be a Muslim?
@@nikssu I didn’t convert, I reverted. When I heard the Fatihah, it was when I started to search more on Islam and I fell inlove with it because I only believe in what my eyes could see and my eyes saw the miracles through the Quran.
Jesus was given authority to perform miracles by God but people mistook him for being a God. Muhammad SAW didn’t perform miracles, his miracle was the Quran. All the answers I have been searching for in life is in the Quran and the Hadith, that is why my own two eyes BELIEVE that Islam is the truth and Islam is like a continuation of the first revelation and second revelation to which it covers everything that the people of the first and second book have misunderstood.
i'm not a muslim, but i really enjoy listening to this every day, and i don't know why.

"(That is) the way of those whom You have given favor to him; not (the way) of those who are wrathful, and not (the way of) those who have gone astray."

Just a quick reminder not to recite al fatihah for the deceased like some Muslims do. When they hear the death of a person, they ask other to read Al Fatihah for them. Do not do it because it is an innovation and The Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) never did this. May Allah bless you!
