انت رائع حقا!!❤
😥😫😪😑☺️😄😅😀😁😂🤣
Upload head anatomy . please reply
Im a fan from the Philippines 😍 hope you notice me
An incredible in depth interview I loved it! So glad to be an artist in New York.
best part is when you two confessed your love for each other haha
GREAT ADVICE
I learnt so much from him in just 35 min! Wow he is really amazing... Please make more episodes with him
The fact that these teachings are just free and available is amazing!
I'm very happy you got Bauman on the channel. He is one of my most powerful sourced of inspiration and I always wanted to get a glimpse into his process.
Stephen is such a fun person to listen to! He's got so much energy and he's not pompous at all, and he's such an introspective person it's like you're getting an incredible insight on his process. Really makes me want to go and draw right now, so I will! Hope to see him here again someday!
His voice kind of has a vintage style to it, like how people talked in the 50s
That's just a Swedish accent.
Has a nice resonant timbre to it.
sounds like a more intelligent matthew mcconaughey
I thought more of it as Morgan Freeman's voice
What? 😂🤣
This is actually one of the best interviews I saw....very good for a beginner like me. Tks Proko
This was great. Wasn't expecting a 36 minute video of this quality (not that these sketch tours have disappointed me in any way so far). Thanks Proko and Bauman!
Every upload of Stan, actually encourages me to draw at the very time I am watching ! Thanks a lot Stan :)
This inspires me so much. I'm a graphite guy myself but this is just on another level that it makes me want to grind more. I'm screenshotting all of the artworks and drafts to use them as references.
Wonderful! I watched both parts, and I'm trying to muster the courage to watch the 11 hour project. Well worth the money, but I'm afraid my head will explode!
Thank you for sharing your skill! Amazing work as always!
What a treat to see and hear this!!!
Two of my favorites, once again 🙌
The line organization advice just gave me a whole new perspective on things
Obviously Stephen is a talented guy with amazing artwork but I just want to say he's got a terrific voice for radio/voice-overs etc
fantastic video, some great inspiration in there, thank you for sharing
Excellent thoughtful commentary is this video
Yup this is what I need in my paintings thank you!
Love seeing Stephens workon instagram, It's really good to be able to hear his thoughts on drawing
Thanks for your work Proko.
Learned a lot!. Amazing artist 😍
Amazing for me!
Épico, encontro de dois gênios!!
I do that same thing with haphazardly mixing graphite around on my page before I start, I feel like the spontaneous smudges are like clouds, where I’ll begin to see different things that I can pull from and draw inspiration from to add to whatever my drawing is.
That was inspiring! Thanks :)
SOOOOOOOOO clean!
Wow.. it's really looks beautiful
Nice content.. amazing work friend 👍
Very cool course !!
I love your video so much.
Wow! I had heard you mention Stephen Bauman in some of your videos but thought you meant Stephen Bauman, the master painter that is famous for his national park pictures as well as his CZcams channel art instruction from San Francisco. They're both awesome.
Disculpen.
i always loved hiws works
LOL WHAT I thought I was going to be watching a drawing demo with the legendary Stefan Baumann from the Grand View PBS program!! What are the odds of two prominent artists named Stephen Bauman :o
Nice contents!!!! Thank you👍
Really amazing..
Great stuff
Great Sir 😍
Hello, I love your work, it is a great inspiration for me, I hope you can value my future illustrations, a hug from Spain
outstanding
Ei Proko aqui é do Brasil, Parabéns!
Great channel of substance.... CZcams is drowning in lightweight art and this is a refreshingly reassuring weighty counterpoint.
Very nice discussion on line quality... Lite, soft & hard and how he uses them to in his drawing. Stephen didn't mention too much on negative space (unless i didn't listen carefully). I was wondering if a dark neg. space was in the background, would that in effect be the dark edge of an closer object? tks.
Olá só assistindo esses vídeos para incentivar a volta aos desenhos!
Abraço e se cuida😷
FASCINATING
I love how Stephen left the hatched portrait half way done on purpose... he seems to be a very reflective artist, as he'll just stop right there, where he's done enough exploring a particular concept.
Is the masterpiece worth it if you're a beginner? Or will it all go over my head? I love his style...
I watched almost all of your videos so that I could understand shadows
Very nice
Awesome
I don.t know what is with today, first was Soloviev, Now it happens with Bauman, and ihe is so picturesque in his speaeaking and thinking that I needed a hundred time to stop the video and meditate...exactly things I was saying about myself lie who I am, maybe nobody but an ocean of influences from what I read, what I see and what is thought in general, apear from the past, connections with the concepts of line and plane and dot, masculin and feminin significance in this world of forms... and Proko is like the Christmas tree under wich we find and wich gatheres all these human soul like gifts we get . Lucky me for having learnt some English in the socialist school. speaking as romanian, you know .Be all blessed. Merry Christmas.
OK. Please take the Leg Anatomy course on priority once this Quarantine is over...Desperately waiting for the foot part...Maybe I am addicted to your style of teaching..
You try going to a studio to film in this quarantine, you think he likes delate stuff? He practically smash talk Marshall for taking 6 years for the Perspective course
Hey, Proko. Can you teach us about cast shadows? I've seen your video about shadows but it doesn't talk about the change in value of the cast shadow when it's far away from the object.
Beautiful work. There's also a Stefan Bauman who's also an amazing artist!
And he wears a silly vest and pirate shirt.
@@quaaludecowboy692 they're one of a kind hand made pieces of art he wears
the comedy is on point in this one, just perfect...
How does Brandon take quality video of the graphite drawings? He does justice to the layers and shades of the drawing as if the viewer was right there looking at the drawings with you, Stan. Can Proko make a video about how Brandon takes picture and video of drawings?
I love the music
stan penko proko thanhs sir
more interesting vedieos
Hi there, I appreciate what you're doing. What is the difference between a sculptor's and a painter's art methods (when drawing)? Do they use different techniques? What do you think these 2 types of artists mainly focus on while drawing?
What media are you using for the white hi lights?
TehBox will be doing expositions in the coming future! Get in touch if interested in having it done at your institution
The name of the artist that made the hatching plates is Julien Bernard-Romain
Hi Daniel! How is the stargate program going? Was this filmed at Stargate Command?
Buen día excelente saludos 👍
Damn this guys crazy
Love Stephen's work. But he never talks about two important things. How do you avoid the graphite shine? How do you preserve the drawing (fixative or no fixative)?
When you attend an artistic high school but you’re about to die because you are having a philosophy oral test and 237463 tests so bye bye drawing and learning something new
proko make a video on how to draw clothing folds
Its not all about pencil right? But I hope I have the same talent as you two and I hope I could find my style, I also really admire you stan!
Oh, I knee before the great and powerful Stephen Bauman.......I'm not worthy........lol.Thanks bud.
Aspiring sketch artist hereee🤗💓
Wow
The line quality on the skull towards the back if it is in the distance shouldn't it be softer and fade away into the distance?
Complimenti
you amazing
how do you create that sharp glow?
Alright!!!!!
Hey Stan! One of my biggest inspirations in art is Dan Quintana. Do you see yourself being able to collaborate with him in the future? If you did I would be beyond excited. Thank You
Quintana is fabulous but, to me, appeals more to young guys who like tattoo style art. But what do I know...I'm an old lady artist. ha ha
Pj Lewis me personally, I don’t necessarily see his work strictly attracting people with a tattoo style; and I only say that because that’s not really the kind of thing I’m interested in. But I really enjoy his interpretations of DC comic characters and narrative works-especially his oil paintings and graphite pieces. I can definitely understand your point of view though. 😊
I’m interested in what the other drawing course is. Hatching is underutilized by many artists today
jeffhreid me too, anyone?
Woah
👌👏👏👏
recently when i draw i've been experiencing often that i usually draw something smaller than the frame of the subject lets say a face, i draw the eyes and nose well, but in the wrong placement completely, why do I do this? Is this tunnel vision ?
Luis Debayle you may be focusing on the features rather than the overall proportions. Suggest you build your drawings from general to specific. Establish the top bottom side to side of your subject then envelope those boundaries. Don’t focus on the features until the positions and proportions are correct. Also work on rhythm lines to help with placement of features
You both have really soft hands.
i dunno Stan. Stephen really rubs me the wrong wa- "or Brandon whos a novice. ...he's a photographer!"
Oh my god I was so wrong
Yeah I stretch my bones too
I believe the other artist school was the one belonging to Bernard Romain-Julien
Woow I wish I was this good 👏🏽😭
You can be !, make it happen.
Don't wish make it happen!
This is just art fluff, you won't learn how to draw like this from watching these type of videos.
@Dominique Paguyo (Student) That's true ☺️
@@JerseyMcgee81 Thank you so much!
Excellent way of explaning the anatomy. Loved it, Please watch my few sketches video too and comment on how I can improve on the shading. Thank you!
the liquid drawing techniques
How to remove the subtitles?
🌈👽🌈
👍👌💓
اتمنى ان الفيديوهات تنزل مترجمة للعربية🙂💖

Sub-titulos 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Where is part1
The person of the portrait in the thumb remember someone, a singer or actress maybe? Anybody can tell?
Guys, did you give up on the Drawing basics course you announced like 2 years ago? Did you give up on courses in general? You've mentioned many, and release none...
You try to to finish an Anatomy Course that goes all the way down to the toes, parenting a 2 year old, remodeling your studio, a podcast, coming out with the script for each lesson, coordinate your workers and freelancers for each video, going to convention to give talks, running your website, and the most recent, and this is my favorite one, THE CORONA VIRUS.
@@carlosroo5460 Exactly. The more I learn, the more I realize how much work is going into the content that Proko is putting out. And how he gradually built up the ability to even be able to do all of this. It's just insane. It's not like a 7 minute drawing video comes down to 7 minutes of improvisation at the spot. It's extremely well thought through and prepared. And that's just one video. There's so much more going on behind the scenes that you just don't think of when you click a random video and watch it. Maybe that's a good measure of success though, providing such neat content that the viewer doesn't even think of the behind the scenes. You just absorb the information.
Carlos Roo Hope you realize coronavirus is just a couple months old. And well, all the things you mentioned came waaay AFTER the announcement of many courses. That just shows lack of organization or prioritization on the projects. The fact that he still gets so much stuff done just shows that courses are not his priority anymore. Even that he doesn't care. He could get them done if he wanted to. But it seems he doesn't. Which is respectable, he doesn't have to if he doesn't want to, or if it's not profitable anymore, but then he should say so openly, and stop announcing stuff that's never gonna happen. It is a total let down to followers precisely because he is an amazing artist and an amazing instructor.
@@julianblake8385 Fair points. Prioritization issue I would assume?
