I don't get it. I'm good at painting on photoshop, but I'm trying to match his color layer 100 % opacity and 100% opacity and flow of the brush and I'm not getting anything near this look.

Huh. I that might be what i am missing the whole "thinking of these boxes as bumpy and fleshy that can bend and twist" In other words dont think of them as just a box but a box that is bumpy and can bend like rubber. Am i correct or am i way off here?

I am currently doing an illustration for an online contest and the information in this video came to me like a godsend.

I never thought about drawing more than one sketch at a time like that. Normally if someone moves as I'm sketching them, I just make up the remainder of the pose or draw the difference posture on top of the sketch. I'm mad at myself for not considering starting a second sketch like that. 😂

This is not an insult, and it’s hardly a critique (because I’m an absolute idiot), but I think that this channel would benefit from less jokes (rather, zero jokes), because the content is so full of the exact subject-matter I’m looking for. I don’t need a hook or a joke to keep me into it! Literally, just your cadence and ability to explain things is more than enough to keep me engaged.
