All these ppl talking about leaving their bodies.. I must have something wrong with me, because I've listened to hundreds of these and all I do is fall asleep. I don't even dream. If I do dream, I can never remember all of it.
I've had a couple bizarre dreams that just kept going and i was half awake and moving around.Not sure if I even liked it.Tons of info on how to do it on you tube.Heard talk about a monster at a door if you get to a certain point.Did acid as a kid but don't know what to make of this

I used to be able to astral project at will but that was many years ago..I can’t seem to do it anymore even with this.. I think it has something to do with our pineal gland..maybe it gets to calcified over time..idk
it gets calcified from stuff like fluoride, hormones in processed foods, lack of hydration, and acidic foods. try to drink lots of fluoride filtered water, eat more natural grown alkaline whole foods, and meditate!

I want to Astral project bc I believe that it holds the the key into why I love a certain. person I can never have its not bc the she is married but bc she is young and we are to close blood wise. you should try it anyway - theta realms doesn't just add binaurals to my meditations there is a allot to help stimulate frequency following response! try it and see - if my meditations wont do it...not sure if any would ( in terms of brainwave stimulation )

Binaural Beats do not work without headphones. there are 2 different frequencies in each ear. Resonance effect due to both generates third resultant frequency sound that creates all the wonder.
ANKIT LAKHANPAL it's true this is a binaural beats feature fest. how ever this is theta realms and my creations work well without headphones also. I make sure of that and dont joke around with the potency of my work. theta realms effectiveness can not be questioned...and if some find it ineffective then that is the result other personal and individual based variables! i love binaural beats...but they are found to be the least effective out of the multiple methods employed by this meditation!
IT WILL WORK BETTER WITH HEADPHONES! AS THIS IS THE 7 PROJECTIONS BINAURAL BEATS MONAURAL BEATS MIX OF TONES! ALSO know that 95% of my creations do work in stimulating the brainwaves of the listener even without headphones! i just love binaural beats also! but if i didn't choose to use any binaural beats i can easily make it effective without them - just know headphones will always enhance the experience because they isolate your sound stimulation to your brain - so no outside noises can effect you other then the sound journey. basically its more powerful with headphones but just as stimulating without them so explore!

i could release the seven projections pure tones....however when i do some one will use youtube to mp3 and will have my pure tone formula and use it with their channels...its a vicious niche and people do unethical things to get a head. do you understand why i wont release pure tones....now i would understand if it was one tone ...but when we deal in full mixes its a whole other story!

It’s OK to fall asleep and actually really common. I fall asleep all the time, and it’s upon re awakening that I have the best experiences. Even if you fall asleep you are still progressing.
The goal is to get to that half awake/half asleep state. Where you are starting to dream but are still conscious. Focus on the visuals when this happens to avoid falling asleep. That’s what I meant when I said the best experiences for me happen upon re awakening. Even though I can never seem to stay awake for the video, I’m still training myself. The tricky part is finding yourself in that vibrational stage.
