Hey hunter, they can feel the beat and rhythm from the speakers and this music video is especially amazing due to the fact it shows the words by signing. Combine that by having the lyrics next to you and a deaf person can enjoy it in there own unique way.

Im happy and upset at the same time tbh. Ed nowadays receiving fame for his slow songs thats about love, or songs that are bout sex (shape of you). People need to listen to his songs thats not about love like this one, sing, lego house, small bump etc. People also need to know he can rap not just sing slowly.
Indeed, I may have been pretty young when I listened to this kind of Ed Sheeran, but I preferred it to the Ed Sheeran now, as this was his music, now it's not really his music tbh, it's the type of music that the people want to hear, that's good and all but like, it's not typically 'him', not saying I know him, but the old version of Ed is better than the 'new' version. (This probably makes no sense)
BillyLilly i fully agree. No doubt his songs now are beautiful, shape of you is catchy but it's not a typical ed sheeran song, especially the lyrics. Ed is now famous for his slow love songs which i get is beautiful, I'm happy he gets recognition from it. Literally ask if they know songs other than give me love, perfect, shape of u, castle on the hill etc and see if they know or not which they dont.
Yeah, you could ask someone : Have you heard 'Small Bump' or 'Lego House'? Their honest answer would be 'No', which is sad, because those songs were great. And yes, his songs now are catchy and I liked Give Me Love, Shape of You, Castle on The Hill, Perfect, etc but I much preferred the old songs.

I remember thinking I was big because I was coming up in Irish hip hop and I met Ed as a young lad busking in Ireland Dublin and me giving him advice just because I thought he was talented even then. Then I fuxk up mess up end up locked up and I'm watching this kid hitting it big in the charts. I should have asked you for advice and I still write songs because originally I was a singer. If I ever chose to sing a song with someone it would be ed... Damien rice... Elton John... freddie mercury...garth brooks but mostly Ed because he is living what i thought he would live thinking I'll meet him along the way. This is actually a remake of the same song he did earlier in his career. It is the same name and on Spotify. This one is on his plus album but his other one is on 2009 album "You need me" slightly different lyrics and faster pace but still just as good. Would recommend you check it out

Trisky The live looping he does for the In The Live Room performance is incredible and I'd count that the definitive version of the song, but I like the visuals for this video. All the symbolism from the subtle to the overt, the striking visual style, Matthew Morgan's BSL/dance routine.

Which changes nothing Michael he blew up due to hard work and he didn't own his house at the time in fact you can find videos of his couch haha. Just because his parents had a nice portion of money doesn't mean they handed it to him it is quite obvious he has a great work ethic.
I believe he does have a very gruelling work ethic, often to the detriment of his own health - but I don't think that naturally equates to having success. In the vast majority of cases and in the other hundreds of thousands of people that want to make it as a musician, it doesn't really matter how hard they work. If working really hard meant that you "made it", then we'd have a hundred thousand pop stars all fighting it out in the charts rather than the 20 or 30-so that we actually have.
I've seen pictures of his couch too, but I think its a tad suspicious that a 18/19 year old from a family of multi-millionaires invested so much time into telling us, the potential consumers of his music, that he didn't own his own house and lived on a couch - so that we could "believe [his] lyrics". Add in to that the countless other references from his earlier songs about having "the heating" cut off and things of that nature, and we're being intentionally painted a picture of someone who's dirt poor and struggling to get by with nothing but his own dreams: the narrative being that he moved away from his home in Suffolk without any of his parents' money, help or connections. My personal belief is that he moved to London, only when things were already set in motion and record companies (or whoever) had faith in him behind the scenes and then slept on somebody's couch, maybe, once the wheels were all in motion. If he had just moved into a plush flat bought for him by his parents, he'd be asked by journalists about where he lives and telling the truth would give him no credibility - so it was decreed (probably not by him or his family, but by some publicity people at whatever company or development deal he had) that he'll sell better as an artist if his story is of rags to riches. The same tactic is often used with well-to-do UK artists, where we're asked to believe that they've just gigged around until enough 'buzz' was generated but in 95% of cases it's not true. That was the story of Lily Allen's rise to success, with her famous parents playing "no part" in it. That's the story of Matt Healy from the 1975, with his famous parents playing "no part." Or just pick any other artist who we're told to believe has grafted their way up the ladder by playing in cafes and bars, when they were actually being built into some kind of pop star from a much younger age while at Performing Arts schools (Jessie J, Adele, Pixie Lott, Amy Winehouse etc.)
He 'moved to London' in 2008, at age 16/17, and seemed to immediately go on nationwide tours with the acts Nzlopi and Just Jack. The story goes that he just followed Nzlopi to every show until they let him join them on tour. Without any significant period of time spent slogging it out on 'the circuit' and trying to gain exposure while he was flat broke, he was given these jobs and slots on tours. Then he was flying to L.A. and staying at Jamie Foxx's house not long after that in early 2010, at the same time Ed's brother was gaining notoriety for being a classical composer back in the UK. And his Father who worked for decades as an art consultant to very wealthy people (a fair few of them most likely in showbiz) and his Mother who worked as a 'culture publicist' (showbiz), had nothing to do with it? I could be completely wrong for doing so, but I don't believe the story we've been told.
