I wouldn't say the job is the good part, James is the good part. Without him that show wouldn't be so fun to watch. Most guests are shy and anxious, he makes a safe space for them to be themselves and be awesome. The key to this is find your passion and get paid for it, everyone will win.

Rewatching this video and I can't stop smiling. James Cordon just has a way of taking you along for the ride. Ed seems so chill, even a bit timid, until he played his guitar. But James just has the time of his life the whole video through! Sure, he is the entertainer of the late late show, but come on. This level of joy and fun can't be just show!!! The spark clearly made it over to my home and me. 😊
