Would you believe I has a mini conflict with someone over these no wipe top coats from the Easter collection. I simply commented that they had mislabels it a no wipe top coat and some woman had a proper rant at me… the internet is a strange place at times…

The one color is a topper, they save money by not printing a new label and just using the top coat label. 💜
