- Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750):
Sinfonia aus der Kantate Nr 29 "Wir danken dir, Gott, wir danken dir"
Megumi Hamaya (Orgel)
Segenskirche, Berlin-Reinickendorf
Very nice interpretation. Majestic nad clearly! Thanks from Poland. Beauty in whole way! Keep on sharing
Magnificent!!
The pedal parts in Bach are always the visual equivalent of dancing to the music!
About the best performance of this wonderful transcription I've heard! This young lady has a wonderful technique, both pedal and manual. I know it's not polite to ask a lady's age, but I can't help but wonder how old she is. She doesn't seem old enough to play so well!
Bach would be proud!
all time a pleasure to and of course, to listen to your wonderful organ playing
far the best version of this heavenly masterpiece on youtube. perfect registration, all the parts are beautifully separated and fully enjoyable. the tempo and articulation is also the best I ever heard. thank you so much / domo arigatogozaimasu!
It is a great performance and all due respect to Ms. Hamaya, but I think the venue makes the sound kind of muddy, compared to Diane Bish's version. I think the church she played in had better sound absorption materials. (like carpet) Skip to the 1 min. mark in this link: czcams.com/video/1Csynke0maE/video.html
What are your thoughts on this, Gabor? Megumi?
Again, nice job by Ms. Hamaya; I'm not trying to put you down in any way.
@@Smaug1 Diane Bish's version is absolutely awesome ...
Wow 😲 How beautiful! Thank you ☺️ for this amazing performance! Bach’s music is a truly gift 🎁 from Heaven!
👌
Truly wonderful performance - great tempo, clear articulation, and good registration. Thank you for posting this.
Hello Megumi..It s So Beautiful......I Love the Music From Jean Sebastien Bach......
Outstanding performance! Thank you.
It looks so effortless. What a great musician - THANKS!
A wonderful recording! I love Bach's music. JS Bach has always been my great role model as a composer and will remain so!
🙏👍😍
that's amazing
Super!!!! Great playing
Weiter so!
Well done! Thank you very much!
Dios te bendiga Hamaya , bellísimo, gracias.
Beautiful!!
Very enjoyable performance on a two manual organ. Thank you! 👍
Great performance 👏🏻!
Fantastic performance and the organ sounds great! Which transcription is this?

Thank you ! 😃
Very nice playing 👏
Thanks!
Wow!
WONDERFUL
OMG, I fell in love
❤❤❤❤👏👏👏👏
This is very good! Do you play organ concerts in Berlin? I would certainly buy a ticket 😁
Toca con mucho estilo y suena bien. Además el tempo me parece adecuado. La grabación también es correcta.
I like it
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I know at least two transcriptions/reductions, one by Dupré, the other by Guilmant: this one is Dupré's one, correct?
Yes.
Good performance. More tonal range would have been nice
Nice play. But I think compared to this czcams.com/video/V3olBPGLNvc/video.html still has a lot of areas to strengthen, the gaps and staccato parts are weak, for this fast tempo the end sound is too long.
And yet there are others commenting saying this is the best performance on CZcams.
Yes, Aude Schuhmacher is something else. And that organ in Nancy, where she plays, it is beautiful. She plays everything from memory too.
