Ннда.... если это и будет работать, то очень недолго. Главное - все покрасили! Все! Привалочные плоскости, резьбы, посадочные отверстия, масляные полости. Собрали на сухую, без единой прокладки, подшипники молотками позабивали, колеса конусами наружу затянули, шкворни заварили... а, главное контент запилить!

You really need to invest in a respirator for all the grinding and wire brushing of the rust. Those paper mask are not really any help

No grease used on any gears or shafts
Pressing in bearings your way is a sure way of damaging the bearings .
This shows that one ones doing this work aren't true mechanics or restore restore ones

Освещение где? Разве по вашим правилам дорожного движения оно не предусмотрено? Заграждение на зубчатых колёсах впереди у руля где? И особенно огорчает то, что нет кожуха, на маховике. Вы даже не представляете, как это опасно, для жизни! Если что нибудь туда попадёт, то намотает, мгновенно! И повторяете старые ошибки, к большому сожалению. Чистите блок двигателя с открытыми отверстиями. При этом в кривошипную камеру попадает пыль, которая весьма разрушительна для кривошипно шатунного и газораспределительного механизмов. Вымыть её оттуда весьма затруднительно. Клапана регулируете на глаз, есть специальные щупы. Сломанные шпильки на топливном баке нужно высверливать до покраски а не после неё. Стартер долго нельзя крутить, сгорят обмотки. Когда заводите двигатель, рядом должно быть как минимум двое человек, которые его должны держать. Иначе можно получить тяжёлую травму. Подшипники красить совсем необязательно, от этого они хуже работают. И уж точно их не надо забивать на посадочное место молотком, для этого используются трубы, соответствующего диаметра, так как удары наносить надо по внутреннему кольцу. А так всё очень даже хорошо получилось.

Why did you put the lug nuts on backwards? The bevel side goes toward the wheel. Keeps the nut from being wallered out.
How can you make a good restoration without replacing all bearings?
And I'm not talking about some more errors.
As usual, most of the viewers are ignorant as well. For them, washing and painting is good enough.

In the nineteen sixties when i was doing my Apprenticeship in the Construction Industry these little very noisy put put dump trucks were the norm scuttling around the site carrying everything from bricks to sand cement bags etc; site lifts had cages large enough to lift these little trucks to the floor levels

I find these engines are very common in these videos, are these a hit and miss engine, they remote me of the old Gravely engines of the 70's because they don't have points and condenser like along with a magnet on the fly wheel. What horse power can this engine produce? Are these engines available for purchase and shipped to the USA with replacement parts list and specs for maintenance?

А почему на ведущей оси резина разная? Ведёт на грунт и начнёт буксовать.
Выхлопную трубу поднять выше. Изменить форму рычага КПП. А то при включении задней бьёт о кузов.

wow what a butcher job. No dial indicator to check run out on the ring gear. No torque wrench to properly tighten out put shaft bearings. Inserts bearings by pounding the inside of bearing putting a shock load on the bearing rather than using a bearing installation tool that puts the shock load on the bearing's out side case causing no damage to the bearing. Finally tightening the axel nuts using a chisel instead of a proper axel socket and torque wrench to set proper preload. This is a great video on WHAT NOT TO DO!!!!!!!

16:45 I agree with you. However, a lot of these people don't have the money to buy all the necessary tools or a way to get specs for tighting or the proper training. He even put the lug nuts on backwards. They just use what they have. Just a thought.
It was funny it used old rings the valves he used oil to try to lap them when he was done they didn't look eney different I bet the gears on the side I think they needed to be timed seeing him put the lug nuts on backwards lol and one good tire the other one was bold. I think this video was fake the rear end pig was not put to getter right and you see the cylinder walls lol no cross hatch all old beings I bet the rod baring was old. This is a great video showing you what not to do. Beautiful not get splinters from the wood on the stat . When he was done he was showing it off and it was funny that the dump box didn't want to go up all the way he tried two or three times to get it to go up more lol he must've fixed it when he got back with a full load it went up all the way
