I’m from U.K. so of course I support the London NYE show and say it’s the best - but Sydney always pulls it out of the bag, even last year amidst lockdown rules. I’m looking forward to an awesome show 11 hours behind midnight 😃🥳
I saw this live from Circular Quay when I went to a restaurant. Those lights on the bridge look like the ones used during Vivid and they look so pretty! They’ve really upgraded the lights for this year’s NYE. Words can’t describe how insane and spectacular this show display is gonna be…
@@modernrenaissance i think ur confused but i will help you :)) 2017-2018 - It's technical problem was it's main part of the bridge where the right side malfunctioned, but the waterfall was successful and it was the first time they introduce of having some on the middle 2018-2019 - That was the "almost" perfect new years eve but the waterfall failed to function leading to not having a cherry on top show, really annoyed me tbh but the show apart from that malfunction was amazing! I hope i helped you :)
There will be a 60 second countdown on the pylons with every second counting down from 60 to 1 this time, instead of the previous 2 NYE’s countdowns where they skip 10 seconds down until 20 seconds to go.
Not going to lie I think Sydney show this year going to be absolutely Insane this year it’s the most fireworks they have ever and it’s the biggest show ever also they have 10inch shells biggest fireworks shell Firing ever
In the next New Year’s Eve, Maybe they should put Water Fountain Light Show on it! Not on the Harbour Bridge or an Opera House, in the middle of the ocean area!
So beautiful

Right yeah 60 tons of fireworks also
Not the biggest, during the 2000's they frequently had 12 and 16 inch shells. And 24 inch for the Olympics.
