Man that's some bullshit. When I was a kid some teenager fuck in an arcade told me Mileena had a secret Fatality where she showed her cans and I straight up believed him, but I never figured out how to do it lmao. I didn't realize it had affected the youth of my era in such a widespread manner. I still think about it sometimes when I play MKII. I'm honestly bummed I never got to see her pixelated milk jugs. It's tragic really.
MS wouldn't even let Netherrealm put an Xbox character in MK9. They're not going to suddenly decide they're OK with fatalities being done to MS owned characters.....Sony didn't get an extra character in MK9 because they paid NRS, they got one because Sony said Yes. MS was asked the same question and said NO....
Id say KI vs Tekken is more realistic. MK has no interest sharing the spotlight. Imagine if they let two KI characters on the roster. Then imagine the top two ranked characters in that MK game being from KI. that's why I'm going to say no

Eh, they're mostly just less elaborate with some effects cut or tweaked to make up for limited cart space. The only one that actually significantly changed is Spinal's ←←←MK; instead of summoning a double to drag you under, he summons lightning that turns you to ash. And, ofC, Glacius's →⇘↓⇙←MK is gone :

I remember in the arcade someone doing Orchid's Frog finisher and then turning the opponent back into their normal selves but with messed up colors. You need to hold Up on the joystick after turning them into a frog, then you'll be able to move around and beat up the frog/opponent.

TJ's neck snap finisher felt so brutal because it was so grounded. It was just a gut punch to stun his opponent, and a really good twist. I can imagine someone being able to do that. I cannot imagine someone actually being able to pull another person's skeleton out of their mouth like Kano.
Makes no sense on Glacius tho. I can't imagine a water alien having bones to break. But he seems to have vitals to stab. Maybe those are more believeable because they'd be softer?
