Hello everyone, this tutorial on how to cut an onion in the French style is one of my favorite ways to cut the onion. I personally feel I have less tearing if sng when I cut them this way. I LOVE onions and literally use them almost daily in something. I use my Wok to sauté with mushrooms. Thanks for the tip on how to cut. I had been cutting them French however didn’t cut the top and bottom off first or always remove that first layer. I WILL FROM NOW ON thanks to you 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
