The homeless people will just use it to purchase illegal substances. NYC has numerous shelters for homeless people but many choose to not reside in them because these shelters have strict rules against drug use.

Being homeless is a way yo get easy money for most of them, i know some of then make more than $100 everyday.

True charity doesn’t go with fanfare and adulation. Trying to film the hardship of others and you coming in as a rescuer seems you are seeking fame from other’s misfortune. Go ahead help if you want to help. But having hidden cameras while trying to bring out downtrodden people’s gratefulness is similar to Filipino politicians taking out money from the government, building a bridge with his name all over it and make people feel grateful that he made people’s lives easier. Filming charity and kindness for social media isn’t charity. It’s vanity.
Much of the work he does is through donations which he could not get if he didn’t film them. So would it be better to just let the homeless people not have money? Generally the cameraman is very discreet.
