Uttarabodhi Mudra (Gesture of Enlightenment) to amplify your aura and positive energy. Once you activate these gestures they can work within a couple minutes. To activate it can take upto 2 weeks of practice for some and for others it happens the very first time they try. Start by holding the gesture of your choice in a relaxed state for 5-10min. Generally to enter a mudra: 1. Sit comfortably (laying down is okay for some gestures like above). 2. Take deep breaths and relax your body and mind. 3.
