In this clip, Hurricane Chris walked Vlad through the events that led to him having to shoot and kill a 32-year-old man in self-defense. Hurricane Chris talked about the trauma of the situation and how he couldn’t wrap his mind around the notion that he almost didn’t make it home that night. He also sent his prayers and condolences to the victim’s family.
The young generation will think this is "lame"... but I really gained alot of respect for him for doing this.. humility is one sign of a real MAN
His lawyers coached him good. He explained it in great detail with out overstating anything.
As a firearm instructor the BEST thing you can do AFTER a shooting is to have INSURANCE! Google USCCA or Law Shield. You pay monthly to have a lawyer on standby. $50 or less a month. Any situation any state. Get insurance yall.
It’s insane how much evidence he had in his favor and the prosecutor still wanted smoke. Like damn, you really want an innocent man that bad?
I have a newfound respect for Hurricane Chris. He is well spoken, not boastful, and you can tell that he’s remorseful about what happened. He did what he had to do in order to get back to his family and refused to be another statistic.

Imagine if your a regular person in the hood and this happens but u can only afford a court appointed lawyer. This is way most people leave and they try to say the reason he left is because he is guilty

He handled it like a man an has nothing but compassion for the victim Hurricane is a real 1 sad situation indeed people can learn alot from him it's not bout being tough he did what he had to
At least he did what he had to do because that shows how real of person that he is
Crazy how many other rappers we've lost in life and Hurricane Chris survived his situation. You always almost never here the positive side of how the justice system works in self defense cases.
