In case it helps anyone. I wear a women's sneaker US size 6.5 and in Sure grip's boardwalks and fames I am a size 6. The size 5 did fit but my big toe felt too compressed so I had to go up to a 6 and wear in insole.

Short stem. But you can switch them out for long if you prefer long stem since they are adjustable toe stops. (And if you’re researching skates and haven’t bought any yet, do watch my comparison of the Boardwalks vs the Moxi Lollys… big difference worth noting!)
