The skin tightens after lipo unless you had a large amount of fat removed from an area. I had Lipo 6weeks ago with no skin removal. This is not a weight loss procedure. After menopause I kept adding inches on my waistline and I couldn't loose the weight no matter what I did. After 3 years of that, I decided on lipo and so far I'm happy with my decision. And I also love that I'll never have to worry about adding inches in that area as those cells are gone.
