Being able to open the cards myself makes the game more fun. But I know each place has their own set of rules.
When I film I find it easy to just have them dealt face up!

Unfortunately the cards weren’t in your favor all that much this time. 😕 Poker is kinda like being in a dumpy old department store that’s on the verge of going out of business and really having to pee. There is a very small chance that the employees haven’t given up totally and are still maintaining the restrooms; but there is a greater chance that the vast majority of the stalls are absolute biohazards. So, it could work out really, really well if you hit a royal flush (i.e. a clean stall)...but, really, odds are not in your favor. Now you may find yourself thinking, “This analogy seems highly specific. Is she speaking from experience?” Yes, yes I am. Rest In Peace, local Bon Ton department store. Rest In Peace. 😔

Why didnt u lose ur 50 bet on the pair plus when u had trip 8s 21:50. You didnt have any pairs in ur hand so he should have taken that 50 dollar bet. He did pay you out on the 6 card bonus tho.

The pair plus does not have better odds than the ante....
From what I read, the pair plus house edge with this paytable was ~2.317% compared to ~3.373% for the Ante! I’m not a mathematician though, so I can’t confirm these numbers! I’m happy to pin a comment if I am wrong :)

@Rose Willetthe house odds on the ante play bet are a little over 3% while the house odds on pair plus are a little over 7%. Your recommendation of the grind reduces losses over time if you don’t play the pair plus. The ante and play essentially pay one to one while pair plus pays a minimum of one to one. If a betting strategy is created that the ante and play covers the loss of the pair plus (because it’s hard to get a pair or better) the time you play may increase. The house edge is so great in “carnival games” that anytime you play you need to get lucky and hit a big hand. I for one don’t want to see a video of someone grinding I want to see her hit a big hand with $75.
