As part of a toughened offensive into the outskirts of Seattle, Soviet VDV, Guards regiments, and artillery batteries, launch an assault on to the I-90 bridge. The hastily put together National Guard and Reserve defence is eventually put down, but not before heavy casualties are suffered by both sides.
