Hi Kate, Thank you for uploading yet another informative video. I have a question-I've watched almost all of your videos and I'm also enrolled in your academy. However, I couldn't find guidance on how to set up or create a resale certificate on Printify. They keep rejecting mine. What are the requirements and the process? Where can I get that certificate, or do we really need it? Please, could you make a complete video on that so we can all benefit from it?

Quick question - If starting a shop selling physical products (POD), can you share your opinion on what might make a useful (and customer attracting) freebie to give away? I was thinking something like a sticker, or perhaps even a mug (possibly at a loss). Or is a discount code better for shop's selling physical products? Would love to hear of your experience with this.

So glad to hear that friend! In your case, I would recommend posting anything niche related that would serve your audience (educational, inspirational, behind the scenes, product photos, mock-ups, lifestyles, models with your product, etc)

Low conversion can be due to several different factors- I’d look at improving some elements of the listing itself- price point, photos, description, variation options, etc.
