Isme jo temp settings di hai 40, 60 aur 80. Ye tin hi fixed hai ya bichme 50 ya 65 aise bhi set kar sakte hai?

Racold customer care toll free number is not available. I have to install my new omnis lux geyser but no one is answering the call.
I called several times but no one answerable.
I had also email the customer care but not a single reply from there of my mails.
Now i have to install it by personally on my hand

कोई ना खरीदे घटिया है 15 दिन हो गए 50 बार रिक्वेस्ट दर्ज करवा चुका इंस्टालेशन के लिए कोई भी नहीं आया अंत में जब मैने इसका बॉक्स ओपन खुद किया तो इसकी बॉडी टूटी हुई मिली इसलिए इसे ना खरीदे बहुत बेकार सर्विस और प्रोडक्ट क्वालिटी भी घटिया है

Unfortunately, you received a broken product. However, I have been using 2 geysers of the same model since 2021 and they are working superb. This product is of excellent quality. Buy only from a genuine dealer or reliable online vendor.

बेहद दुख की बात है कि आपको प्रोडक्ट टूटा हुआ मिला। परंतु टूटा हुआ प्रोडक्ट ट्रांसपोर्ट की गलती है। आप को प्रोडक्ट इस्तमाल करने का मौका ही नहीं मिला तो प्रोडक्ट को घटिया बोलना उचित नहीं है। आप अपनी शिकायत कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर से डायरेक्ट करें।
कंपनी ने यह प्रोडक्ट बड़ियां बनाया है। मैं ऐसे दो गीजर दो साल से ज्यादा इस्तमाल कर रहा हूं। परफॉर्मेंस लाजवाब है। आप भोपाल में आकर मेरे घर पर स्वयं जांच कर सकते हैं।
कृपया प्रोडक्ट हमेशा कंपनी डीलर या विश्वसनीय ऑनलाइन वेंडर से ही खरीदे।
