what is the distance camera resolution and optical zoom level ?
Approximately from how far can i read the white board ?

The distance camera is 4K, with 18x digital zoom at 5 meters. It's great for whiteboard viewing, up to about 30 feet (our opinion, anyway).

Yeah, we hear you. It's a shame there is virtually zero funding for so many blind and low vision individuals. The Low Vision tech is all expensive; since it is specialty, low-volume equipment for medical/disability assistance. Typically, there is funding for disability groups to get such specialized equipment. But in the USA - and many other rich nations - there is pretty much no government funding for low vision and blind people who aren't in school or assisted by a state vocational rehabilitation program. Hopefully, efforts to provide funding for low vision and braille assistive products - for everyone who needs them - can be successful and more people will have access to incredibly helpful devices like CloverBook Pro XL. Luckily, there are some fantastic charitable organizations, like Lions Club, who do so much to try to fill in the gaps. Perhaps your church (if you attend one) or local charity could help.
