Today I came to know about a DevOps scam where the fraudsters are selling my DevOps course for 18k to release the offer letters. The fraudsters are targeting DevOps learners, students and non-it background people. Please watch the video till the end to understand how they scam people and also I have shared some tips that can help you stay away from such scams.

Hello @Abhishek please contact the CZcams API team the website which contains your videos will definitely go to audit of CZcams API team to keep the videos for a longer time. Before that you file a compliant regarding copyright and drop an email to CZcams team they will investigate and remove all of your content from that website please mention all the details in email screenshots and website names as well so that they will help to secure the content of your CZcams channel. With out your consent they cannot put your content on any of their websites.

This has been happening for the past few years, not only in DevOps but also in other technologies such as cloud security. They target whichever technology is in demand. and there are other things are also happening like Proxy support kind of thing which is effecting lot of experienced peoples....

Sorry to hear Abhishek. One red flag if someone is asking money then you need to be aware that’s a scam.18k is huge it’s so disheartening to target the innocent job aspirants and students.
It's too sad to know that people have misused your efforts to loot people. Last couple of days I got same call like this but company is Informatica, after conducting some interviews he said like your selected for the job but you have lack of DevOps skills so you need to take the certification course. I said I will submit the certification from official website not the link you provided, they said no, you need to take course from our link only otherwise you will disqualified. So finally I said I'm not interested you can look for other candidates.

Hello Abhishek, Thanks for highlighting this issue. I don't know but just before 2 days ago my younger brother face the same situation. He received fake offer letter by company called Infotech and asking to purchase course worth 20k and later he will raise a ticket to refund even. But we refused and didn't call again.
There are so many students who fall for this. This needs to stop.

Hi Abhishek, I have already experienced this kind of phony interview in March 2024 in Bengaluru. The interview procedure and the HR speech pattern struck me as off-putting, so I checked and the email domain, company location, and email format are all fraudulent. They called at the appointed time, asking, "Where are you?" Therefore, I've told them to pack up as soon as possible; if they don't, the police will arrive and take your crew into custody. They began berating me because of it, saying that I was ruining the interview process and the candidate's prospects.
So, I've been told that the cops will decide your future.

If anyone is got cheated, then it is their mistake or innocence as we can see many fraudsters are doing like this from the Corona time and people need to be Smart and follow the tips shared by Abhishek to avoid this kind of fraud going further.

The same thing happened with me, I also got the call and email as selected with the same email and I have offer later as well with me, but I haven’t enrolled course has I get to know it’s a fake offer later.

I just checked out that the payent is being supported by casfree payments. Can you please suggest your subscriber who have been scammed to reach out to cashfree payments and ask them to refund the amount.

I got the same email from HR stating he is from Anthem bioscience Pvt Ltd offered me the job and saying that you are weak in devops so buy this certification and he sent me the same website link which you showed in the video
