With due respect Sir certain points I would like to put .Few important points for Public at Large as you have made a v useful video as thought of adding few more things as a sign of good lawyer .. A good lawyer according to me is the one Who::
1.. Understands the case of your client. Because theres always story of other side so to understand the issue of your client is paramount.
2. After you understand your client's case, then a good lawyer should ask for all possible DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE that's call Primary Evidence to build a strong case be it civil or Criminal case.
3. Once your client gives you whole bunch of Documents it's the Prime duty of the Lawyer to Sort out best Documentary Evidence which will support his case strongly. SORTING OF DOCUMENTS AND EXHIBITING them is a best sign of a Lawyer.
3.Once documents are sorting n if any Prior Legal Notice is been send to the other side or any Application are been corresponded in any Police station those should be thoroughly studied by a Lawyer because on those Notices n Correspondence the main Pleadings/ Drafting of any Petition relies upon. There should not be inconsistencies in Pleadings and Legal Notices.
4. As Sir said in video drafting is utmost important. Good sign of a brilliant lawyer is his drafting skill and corrobatiing it with strong Documentary Evidence. Applying accurate sections and the Title under which the case is to be filed. MANY A TIMES CASES ARE DISMISSED FOR LACK OF PROPER SECTIONS OR INCORRECT APPLICATION OF SECTIONS AND ACTS.
5. Once the Petition is being getting drafted a good lawyer sign is he goes through relevant Judgments of various HC n SC and makes pleading strong enough not to keep any loopholes. Those judgments a good lawyer always keeps with his brief.
This few points I wanted to added up with my respectable brother colleague in the video. Rest of the points Sir has explained beautifully. Advocate.Vaishali.
