It’s around 700k now.. is it worth as I hear home prices going down?
Folks probably thought the price at just under $500k was high and look at it now. Ultimately it's all relative. I believe prices will go down in relation to the interest rate as buyers are holding off. However I believe a house this size and that equipped isn't going to be that low of a price anymore. Everyone would have to just stop buying all together and that just never happens. There are also parts of town where a house like this would be a million easy.
