I know in buyouts they typically pay X times EBITDA, the X depending on which industry. Never heard of Enterprise Value - thanks for sharing Ry!

shouldn't you be subtracting the debt and adding the cash?and not vice versa
No because it will lower the amount needed to acquire the company
