- This film was made In 1991 as a video souvenir, allowing you to enjoy the park from your own living room. It differs from the magic kingdom video and replaces a touring family with Disney characters riding with fellow park attendees.
I’m crying this is my childhood and I literally watched it everyday my first trip ever was Disneyland so it has its own special place in my heart and I’m just watching this in 2018

I remember watching this video like every day when I was a kid. I think I wore out the tape, haha.
i did the same thing but i lived in Mexico . My grandma came for vacation and took this as a souvenir . Me my brother and sister would watch it often. I never imagined I would visit myself and now i live one hour away from Disneyland.
I would love to see a remake of this with the disneyland of the present and the new-ish talking character masks

I remember watching this whenever I missed disneyland
OMG i am sitting here crying because i miss it so much. It actually hurts to watch this. I am 19 years old and i have been going to the park since i was 2.(12 times) I realize that i am very fortunate, but sometimes i wish i have never been because i think about it constantly and i miss it more than i've ever missed anyone or anything. I cry like a baby everytime i leave. :( Love this place more than anything. Thank you walt disney.
I remember when I was like 8 or around that, my uncle brought this all the way from the States back to Vietnam and gave this to me. I was a little kid back there and didn't understand the language. But then at that time, I watched this almost every single week until my parent divorce and I live with my mother.
I'm a 22 years old who had an office job, went to Disneyworld for the very first time of my entire life. I was the happiest young adult in the whole Magic Kingdom.

Oh my goodness! I love this movie! I used to watch all the time as a kid, but the first time I went tto Disneyland my parents couldn't understand why I was afraid of the Matterhorn it was because this video showed the monster in it haha

my family loves Disney! both of my brother and my older sister have worked at Disneyland and Disney World(my brother just worked at Disney World) and my sister at Disneyland. :) and best thing is our family get's free tickets to the park! :)

I first went to Disneyland in 2000. Moved from the Midwest to LA in 1999. Ever since I met my husband in 2009, we go every 6 - 8 weeks. Sometimes just for the day. Other times we stay the weekend. It's neat to see how the park was before and compare it to now. Some aspects have changed (the parking lot!!! LOL) and others haven't (Jungle Cruise). Thank you for the video. Definitely a treat for Disney-fiends like us!! :-)
WOW! I still own "A Day At Disneyland" on VHS! I will need to transfer it over to DVD, but there is something so special about buying that copy at the Park with that great clam-shell box it came in!

I'm from NZ and have been to Disneyland CA five years ago when I was 14 and I still miss it and think about it all the time. It truely is the best and happiest place on earth, when i watch these videos it makes me so homesick!! The rides, people, setting and atmosphere makes it such a memorable experience and it brings tears to my eyes :') Someday I shall work there!! :) My biggest dream :) I WILL LOVE DISNEYLAND FOREVER!

Great video. This takes me back. Loved Disneyland at that time. You can tell this was before Indiana Jones and the expansion of the park into a Resort with California Adventure.

My grandfather helped build Disneyland in 1955. He helped build the old forts.
That's right kids! Those characters that walk without talking and never move their mouths are TOTALLY LEGIT! TOTALLY REAL! And if you don't see them right in front of you right now, you didn't give us all your money to go to Disneyland. Would we lie? :)

It took FOREVER for each of us to save enough money to go!!
Even though we have a Californian version of it, the Paris one seemed much more exciting and like a new place :) I can't wait!! My birthday is on august 17th!!
