Agreed. She has great energy & enthusiasm, but I am not quite onboard with her interviewing techniques on the pod though. I am probably in the minority, but I feel like she expounds too often on her top-of-mind agenda rather than giving the interviewee a chance to elaborate on the subject matter for which they appear. I think her fantastic investigative tenacity as a journalist simply overpowers her ability to yield the conversational momentum to the person being interviewed. This podcast is far from a Labour propaganda channel, considering the wide range of guests they've had on. It seems any remotely positive thing said about Starmer or Labour gets labelled propaganda these days.

They have had guests on that I've disagreed with and still enjoyed and appreciated the discussion. In fact in many ways I would like them to have more political variety. But there is a difference between a genuine discussion and promoting Starmer at all costs. From last weeks episode and the clips I've seen of this on instagram it comes across like a campaign ad not a podcast. The biographer seems to be going completely unchallenged as he talks about what a great man Starmer is. Again, this is just from a few clips which is why I was asking. I would genuinely like to watch more things with nuance about how to vote at the next election because I'm still torn, I'm not just objecting to any positives about Starmer. But I don't wanna watch an hour of content glorifying him and demeaning any criticism.
