Bharath Sundar and Sriram combination is amazing. Neyveli Narayanan is the top class mridangist of our times and listening to his playing is always thrilling. Kanjira artist grinning at mridangist for no reason is sometimes irritating.
As usual, Excellent concert by Bharat Sundar and team, except for Neyveli Narayanan.... Unquestionably, plays great calculations.... but while playing for krithis the role primarily is to accompany as a shadow and not overpower the krithi... Otherwise the aesthetics is lost.
