The young guy who died in Cape Coast from Cleveland, Ohio purchased land in Cape Coast built his house living there, one day the neighbors didn't hear from him so they decided to go to his house and knock the door and they found out that he died in his room. Very sad story....our friends a.k.a INOBI, Rest In Peace 😢
Seriously speaking guys, the food in America is TOXIC. The meats, burgers, subs, pizzas, fruits, veggies, even fish - most things contain chemicals that damage human organs and cause many of the so called autoimmune diseases. There is an evil company in the US that produces a horrible chemical known as grazon. The chemical is sprayed on grasses to kill weeds . The grasses are then fed to animals and the chemical goes to the milk and meat of the animals. The chemical is also passed out in animal manure. The manure is then sold to unsuspecting farmers and gardeners and it ruins their plants. If the farmers are lucky they harvest poor quality crops and then sell them to unsuspecing consumers. EVERYTHING is a scam. The so called "grass fed" meats are tainted meats unless you are buying organinc from a place you trust. Please guys, appreciate Africa for all it has. The continent is not perfect but its the number one place in this world with 90% organic food. If you guys feel like you miss western foods, there are places in Africa that have those fast food establishments and the good news is the foods are not toxic.

For real! I moved to Kenya and immediately started feeling better. I was making digestive enzymes and bile. I had been having to take supplements in the US. Then, I went back to the US for a month to take care of business. I started vomiting, became so anemic that I couldn’t get out of bed, stopped digesting again, and gained a pound a day. My personality changed too. I wanted to argue about things that I never would have considered arguing about in Kenya and I started losing executive functioning again. I had no ADHD symptoms while living in Kenya. I just arrived in Tanzania from the US two days ago and am already improving. The US was killing me.
