POTATO CHEESE PANCAKE || KOREAN HOTTEOK STYLE [ASMR]

● Cheese hotteok is a simple potato pancake stuffed with cheese. The potato is kneaded with some cornflour which holds the pancake together. The cheese inside the pancake is gooey and cheesy.

🥔Ingredients
• Potato 500g
• Salt 1/2tsp
• Sugar 1tbsp
• Cornstarch 3tbsp
• Grated Mozzarella Cheese
🥔Instructions
1. Wash and peel the potato cut into small pieces cover with plastic wrap set in the microwave for 7 minutes. do not boil the potato, boiling it will wipe out the sweetness from potatoes if you don't have a microwave please steam it.
2. Mash potatoes with salt, cornstarch, and sugar mix well.
3. Take a small portion of the mix, flatten it. Fill with cheese and seal it.
4. Now heat a nonstick pan, place the patties and fry till golden brown on both sides.
