In this video I review the New Forest 1600 Electronic Fireplace by British Fires!!
This fireplace is designed with an ultra realistic looking LED flames and realistic looking logs inspired by an actual FOREST!!
I take a look into the design and also some of the unique functions that come with the fire place. It gives out a good amount of heat and there’s options to change the colors on the fuel bed.

Nice video, thanks! One question: Does it have memory? So that when you set the lighting colors and flames you like, and turn it off and on again, will it start with that setting?

Hi junaid I have the same type of fire except it’s not app controlled (ezeeglow) wondered if I can use a smart wifi socket to control it remotely? Would be very ideal for me

Hi, not to sure how your one works. But I’d think it would work if your one is just an On/Off switch and your just using a smart socket to switch them On/Off. the smart socket should work like a light switch where your just switching it on/off. Give it a go 👍

How long does it take to heat up the room please? And how cost effective is it aswell pls?

It all depends on how big your room is. My room is an average living room size and on cold days it takes about 45min to an hour for room to get warm. Heat output is 1500 W. It’s probs not the best or cost effective to use as main heater, I would probs recommend a portable heater

hey I have placed the 1600 at my house, but when I have the atmosphere fireplace on, the fireplace makes a ticking sound, so this is not even when I heat. do you also have this problem?

Great video, thank you. Anyone know how this would compare to the Panoramic 1500. Trying to decide between the two.
