im running stock drums still. i was trying to install some 17" Bullitts off my buddys mustang, noticed the rear tire is catching the leaf srping, and the front is hitting the strut frame. will a 1 inch or so spacer give me the clearance i need to run these wheels? the tires are 235/55r17
    the original wheels have 195/75r14
    also, fantastic video!

      Much appreciated, thank you!
Well it depends on your wheels backspacing and offset, so I can’t say for sure that that’ll be the right choice in your application for a fact, I’d just install the wheels on your car, and take some measurements and see how much room you have to work with, making sure that the sidewall won’t catch the fender lip on your car. My wheels are 17’s, but can’t remember the exact measurements on backspacing or offset at the moment but I’m running 234/45/17 up front and 245/50/17 in the rear and they work great with the 1 inch whee spacing. The only real issue I’ve seen with them after driving for a bit now is if I’m turnt hard and hit a hard bump, the front tire will ever so slightly catch and rub on the fender but other than that they work great. Hope this helps, great car too by the way, that’s awesome.
      Thanks for watching.
