This is alright, but it's definitely Chris Morris lite.
I tend to agree, though Chris Morris is less sarcastic with a far lower sense of moral and intellectual superiority, and he's also way more surreal.
As long as the media and TV reporting stays as ridiculous as it is, then there'll always be room for someone to take the piss out of it. Imagine the world with no Time Trumpet!
