fantastic video. The fact that you actually describe the flavors and the technique that goes into each dish really makes that big of a difference to the viewers.
One thing I love about living in New Orleans, the food isn't very modern or progressive, but you don't get bullshit. We have very little fusion restaurants here because a lot of food is preserved with authenticity. The ones that do pop up have to taste extremely good or they tank. I get visitors a lot that aren't particularly wowed by the food, but you can't deny the flavor or that you had a good meal anywhere you go in the area. Glad to see that you enjoyed our city and you were open to trying the gumbo!
