About Landour: Landour is a small cantonment town in the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand. It's located at an altitude of 7,000 ft, about 35 km from Dehradun. Landour is a twin town with Mussoorie, a well-known hill station from the British Raj era. Landour is scenic and is home to impressive history, architecture and people. After all, one of India's most beloved writer - Ruskin Bond - lives here. On clear and sunny days, one can see the stunning peaks of the distant Banderpoonch, Swargarohini, Yamunotri, Gangotri and Kedarnath.

Hearing Landour.. I became so happy. Can't forget my Landour walk❤. There is a Sister's market too adjacent to th the chardukan. There is a vintage shop Prakash's from British time. Thier peanut butter, jams are very popular.Hope you visited.
