I spent 300$ on my Halloween ghostbusters costume this year and thanks to your reviews I was able to get good quality props! I always love watching this channel every October
for anyone who may be wondering, the 3d printer used for these builds, the bambu lab x1 carbon, is a fairly pricey machine, but it’s really worth it. while i don’t own one myself, i have used one extensively. it’s super plug-and-play, and works nearly flawlessly straight out of the box. fantastic printer, and of course, fantastic props. i’ve been wanting to put together an RGB pack for quite a few years now, and this might just be the push i need to make that happen
Seeing everything together as it is I'm getting goosebumps. The combination of the Gostbustersgear files, materials used and the printer created a very slick RGB set. Very impressive.
Those came out just beautifully, Jason. Be sure to update us when you get around to lighting those props! They're fantastic as is, but lighting will make them just that much more impressive.
These were some Great Ghostbusters gears from the real Ghostbusters and they looked so good when they came out from the 3D printer and they turned out awesome and Egon's glasses came out really good to and love the costume you choose as Egon Spangler for Halloween Jason! Happy Halloween 🎃👻🚫😁
Dude this whole build was epic! Well done man! Cannot wait to see lights/sounds added to them! I stumbled across this channel as a fan myself. I just scored the Haslabs PKE Meter and Trap and cannot wait!
This is awesome, i always loved the equipment from the cartoon series, perfect for cosplay & Halloween, congrats on getting it finished & to having looking as great as it does. Epic...!
We love watching your content… father/son common interest… me from the original days and him for his old-soul love of vintage GB toys! He’s built several custom proton packs already, one that even lights up. His CZcams channel is MrBlueE2.
My wife if blaming you for me getting a 3D Printer. Thanks! Ended up buying one after your first video building the wand. Since then, I printed a ton of non-Ghostbusters stuff since, but just finished the RGB Trap yesterday as well. Came out great. Didn't do the stickers yet. Any chance you have the Cricut file for the caution tape? (Been Cricuting for years :D). I'm going to do the RGB wand next, then tackle the proton pack. I was going to do the movie trap, but Haslabs took care of that...
dude thats a sweet build i am defiantly going to get my self subscribe to ghostbusters hear for some of his amazing files, and kenner trap was my fav i had as a kid tell a dog destroyed it , btw did u fund the new haslab ghosttrap
Great Build! I am going to have to do this now with my 3dprinter. That seems like a lot of blue! Thanks for posting what PLA you used, but how many of them did you end up needing of each color?
Thanks! On all the props, used about about 5 blue, but keep it mind, I did some reprints for a number of pieces. Used two silver metallic (again, was fickle), and with everything else, only used one per.
Finally finishing my own 3D printed RGB pack now. I was definitely inspired by your vids. Did you purchase the file for the belt fob or did you model it yourself? I’d appreciate if you could point me in the right direction regarding the belt fob. Thanks!
Just Googled an image of it. From there, deleted the ghost, saving the image as a transluscent PNG. I then loaded it into a Cricut machine, which perfectly sliced out that area, showing the glow-in-the-dark PLA.
Pretty ingenious (and simple) idea on Ghostbusters Gear's behalf. There's an arm that runs down through the silver antenna. There are ridges on the arm, positioned against a rod connected to the blue knob. You turn the knob, the antenna arms move.
I am planning on buying the printer and such in the next month or so, so if you could share how you got the Key Fob that would be great as I would like to print all the brown parts with the same filament at the same time, just let me know thanks!
only problem with the 3d printer that you have it's way to expensive alot of people can't buy that one i definitely wouldn't be able to purchase it it's over $1k
Hey J, I was just wondering if you knew of any other way to pre order or buy the Hasbro Two in the box set? I tried to pre order it and can’t anymore. Do you know of anywhere else to pre order? Love your channel brother.

*push, push
I just LOVE how clean your gear printed! That metallic is something else!
Tempting me ever closer to getting a Real Ghostbusters suit as well. Figure out the electronics and it just might push me over the edge
They look so sick Jason just shows what is possible with a 3d printer.

Damn, that's the cleanest Real Ghostbusters pack I've ever seen. It looks so awesome! 😮
You are killing the game on this one.
Fantastic work! I love this. Definitely need to add an RGB pack to the proton arsenal!
Man, you knocked it out of the park. Very nice work
Dang! That came out FANTASTIC!!!
I think you should make Egon’s hair out of craft foam as it’d be lighter and easier on your head.
Im so jealous of this costume
That is some fine 3d printing!!
Those came out just beautifully, Jason. Be sure to update us when you get around to lighting those props! They're fantastic as is, but lighting will make them just that much more impressive.
Excellent job man, you're living the dream!
Absolutely outstanding

Looking good, Jason!

You get an awesome job I hope you do more videos on some Ghostbusters 3D printing off of his account I think it'll be an awesome thing to watch
That looks great for 3D printing
Truly spectacular build my friend. I am tempted to try it myself one day once I have the space to do so.
Nice work my friend, all of it looks fantastic!
Man that's beautiful
Please post a video when all the electronics are in, that’s gonna be awesome
God! those beautiful colors! Amazing!

Awesome Series. Happy Halloween
Wow!!! I love it. I want one.
I worked on my ghostbusters proton pack for three months

Awesome man! 🎃👻🎃
Jason, forgive me for appealing to your love of GB2, but maybe you can print a Slime Blower and Gigameter??? I'd watch that!
I love your videos
THIS LOOKS SO COOL! I'm wondering if it's possible to make the extreme ghostbusters gear with 3d printing
good costume
Currently working on the trap. Just curious if you ever figured out electronics?
Looks great man. Could you review the ghostbusters x mego figures some time and also do another room tour.
dude thats a sweet build i am defiantly going to get my self subscribe to ghostbusters hear for some of his amazing files, and kenner trap was my fav i had as a kid tell a dog destroyed it , btw did u fund the new haslab ghosttrap

Jason hey how do you made that of all that parts from 3 videos and ill made that out of CARDBOARD!
Finally finishing my own 3D printed RGB pack now. I was definitely inspired by your vids. Did you purchase the file for the belt fob or did you model it yourself? I’d appreciate if you could point me in the right direction regarding the belt fob. Thanks!
Just something that I modeled within Tinkercad for a one-off. Wish I had kept the file, TBH.
I love this build. Can you reference what filament you used on what parts? Thank you. I have an Ender 3 pro I hope mine can look as cool as yours.
What was the total build cost for the pack, trap, and goggles?
Would also like the pke meter
@GhostbustersNews Where did you get the straps for the Ecto-Goggles? Looks fantastic!
Files were included for the strap attachments. All I needed to buy was a long elastic strap, cut it to size, and loop everything into place.
What did you use for the Hose to the Neutrona wand? I need that and the yellow connectors.
6:01 Love the glow in the dark Kenner screen. Where’d you find that to print?
Just Googled an image of it. From there, deleted the ghost, saving the image as a transluscent PNG. I then loaded it into a Cricut machine, which perfectly sliced out that area, showing the glow-in-the-dark PLA.
@@GhostbustersNews Aha, gotcha... Thank you!!
Uploaded it: ghostbustersnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/rgbsticker.png@@mike_waclo
For the motherboard, did you have that cut somewhere or do it yourself?
Did it myself. Just traced around the pack and then cut.
So fresh! How'd you get the wings to move on PKE?
Pretty ingenious (and simple) idea on Ghostbusters Gear's behalf. There's an arm that runs down through the silver antenna. There are ridges on the arm, positioned against a rod connected to the blue knob. You turn the knob, the antenna arms move.
@@GhostbustersNews very cool
What Alice Frame/Straps did you get for the pack??
An old ALICE LC2 frame that I had on a pack from years back. Unsure of its exact origins.
what screws did you use for the PKE ? they look like m2's
Yep! Whole build was a combo of M2 and M3.
Looks great can you build me one 😂
what kind of 3D printer do you have?
and how much was it?
Ok I have to ask where did you find the belt key fob?
I am planning on buying the printer and such in the next month or so, so if you could share how you got the Key Fob that would be great as I would like to print all the brown parts with the same filament at the same time, just let me know thanks!
What type of 3d printer is that ??
Bambu Lab X1 Carbon.
Thank you
Has anyone done an Extreme Ghostbusters 3D printed pack???
What are your thoughts on the new Ghostbusters movie title reveal? "Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire". I personally don't like it.
Not thinking too much until a subtitle becomes official. 😉
lol one dislike... whos the hater?
only problem with the 3d printer that you have it's way to expensive alot of people can't buy that one i definitely wouldn't be able to purchase it it's over $1k
Very sick
Hey J, I was just wondering if you knew of any other way to pre order or buy the Hasbro Two in the box set? I tried to pre order it and can’t anymore. Do you know of anywhere else to pre order? Love your channel brother.
Looks awesome!!
you think he would do the Extreme Proton Pack that be a crazy idea for a next project 🤔
