- We bought a 2021 Trailer Country South Georgia Cargo 7x16 Enclosed Cargo Trailer!! There was a lot of speculation based on some negative reviews coming out of the Southern / Pearson Georgia trailer manufacturing area. Honestly, I am very happy with delivery and the initial impression!! Some places they cut cost over a haulmark or featherlite for sure, but keep in mind your use! This mid-size enclosed trailer has everything we need for weekend warrior adventures! Similar to the Spartan trailer in build design.

I have a 2018 Chevy 1500 Custom, mine came with a trailer brake harness in the glove box you plug it in under the dash. then you will have to get a brake controller (mine is from auto zone) and connect it to the harness. Mine works fine and I haul a 7x14 enclosed all over with no problem.

What tire pressure would you run with a full load in the trailer?
I’m looking for a good one that I can fit two motorcycles in the front, maybe put some cargo netting up to separate them from the back loading area and use that area for household items in my move. I’m a minimalist I don’t have a lot of stuff, it would be like a dresser and close in kitchen boxes. Gotta be something.

im looking at the same trailer well 7x12 anyway lol i have a ram 1500 how did the trailer handle. Its going to be about 800 mile trip for me back to home lol. did you have to use tow/haul mode or is it light enough where you didn't have to use it?
Tows not problem at all man! I typically do not use tow/haul by preference because of how aggressive the GM downshifting is!
@@realmmfc Just wondering lol I've had Silverados before. I needed to retire my old one. The new Silverados I don't like the body style. All my friends have rams never one complaint. And im not a Ford guy no thanks lol. I use tow/haul mode depending on how the trailer is and where I'm heading to.

Looking to buy a similar trailer and I have a 2018 Silverado 1500 also. What is the drop needed on the hitch to make the trailer level?

South Georgia Cargo 7x16V. There are certainly nicer ones out there, but I basically stole this just before Covid supply chain issues started. Purchased for $4,800 out the door with a full-size spare. Lucky to find the same model under $6500 these days unless you can’t get from manufacturer. It has been great for us though honestly. Not a single complaint.
