I have uk originals but would love to see them do it on audiophile grade vinyl. That being said the currrent rhino pressings in print are pretty darn close and if im not mistaken may be aaa cut as well.

Already oredered - fantastic that Patrick is completely tuned into what his customers are looking for. 1974 50th Anniv - Gene Clark, No Other certainly deserves the Rhino treatment. Diamond Dogs or Roxy's Country Life would also be great.

Master of Reality just got released in January this year by Vinyl Me Please, all analog and cut by Ryan K Smith. It's sounds incredible and it's cheap! I'd grab one asap. ;)

I have the US first pressing, with the Artisan mastering, and the first U.K. with the “a Phillips record product” on the label.
Both quiet and mint vinyl.
I think the U.S. sounds more full and alive, and I’m not alone in that assessment.
To be more accurate, the cover should be a matte finish, but I’m still going to order it.

These Rhino hi-fi editions are very good. However, their customer service is non existent as far as I can tell. They have not responded to multiple attempts to contact them over a 16 day period. I'm still waiting to hear back. So be warned: if you get a defective disc, like I did, you are pretty much screwed.

Devo did a song called Cyclops for the Lords of Dogtown soundtrack that was in the style of Black Sabbath. It was not released. I heard it one time I did that it’s out there somewhere.

I implore Rhino to reconsider using tape copies. AP has been using tape copies for some of their A75 series to great success. As long as Rhino are up front about the source, I doubt most would mind.
That would open up Fleetwood Mac S/T and Then Play On since the orignal tapes for them, iirc, are in bad shape. I'd also suggest Seal's 2nd album since his catalog deserves a reissue. Seal would be an instant buy for me.
This sounds exactly like the First US pressing. The UK vertigo has a more organic sound. Especially the Philips Record Product UK Vertigo true first pressing.
I ordered both albums on May 17th, they "shipped" on May 27 and still are being juggled around California as of June 4th! I am opposite to California, as far east in Canada as you can go. No more Rhino USA for me, will stick with Warner Canada.

Man, ordered mine at the minute I knew about it. Afraid of it getting sold out... I suspect that there is market for at least 20k copies of it.

hi steve. since you have such a tight relationship with rhino, can you ask this guy next time why their customer service is absolute trash? I asked to cancel an item, they reply back 5 days later and say it’s too late to cancel despite still not having shipped the item or given me a tracking number.
They’ve notoriously been scam artists with their customer service, it’s not that hard to answer an email to people paying $50 a record.
Please bring this up to them next time, this is ridiculous. You can’t be awful at response times then tell people oh it’s too late.
Rhino if you’re reading this, you’ve permanently lost a customer.
Steve, can you also have them explain why they are so cheap and incompetent that they insist on shipping these out in flimsy boxes? They are NOT that much improved and corner damage still happens--I have yet to receive a crisp copy. AZ, even Ebay sellers, use a proper mailer now--they are out there. It is not rocket science -- use a proper mailer!! Buy an album from AZ if they don't know what one looks like these days. Ridiculous. Please, address the elephant in the room with him -- again....

This is my first time ordering g from the Rhino website. So far not impressed at all…… I order the Black Sabbath High Fidelity over 2 weeks ago and nothing. I finally got an email back from their support and all they said they were sorry for the delay and the warehouse is running behind. No ETA on when it will ship. I watch a video and this person waited 3 months to get a ordered shipped to him. WTH? I can understand if the product is on B/O, but these are in stock. All I know is that this pressing better be fricking worth it….
Lots are getting their shipping notifications today. Rhino told me 7 to 10 business days once ordered to ship.

@@stevewestman7774 I bet! I'm the one person not interested in either title but I'm glad these reissues are coming out. It's good to see even 80's rock get the audiophile treatment. Tutu's as 80's jazz is one of my favorite releases in this series.
