Yeah! She's sweet. I was actually on her channel watching the same thing you are doing 😃 and found your channel as recommendation.
Aww thank you so much for stopping by ❤️
@@AmazinKitchen you are welcome
Thank you for the tutorial!
You are welcome 😊
How do you make banku/kenkey from this dough? I would love to learn more African food and I love fermenting (I am a sourdough baker!) so this looks fantastic.
That is too detailed to explain with a comment. I will make a video on that soon. Thank you so much for Stopping by ❤️
@@AmazinKitchen thank you 😁I look forward to it
Hi thank you for this life saver corn meal kenkey but can it be make with the first fine cornmeal that has picture of a lady sitting because that the only cornmeal we have here i also use it to make swallow
Yes, you can use that, too. I just prefer the ones I used in the video because of how my kenkey turned out. Any fine corn meal will work. Pan and Indian head are very popular corn meal brands. Hope you can find them.
Please, can one use the PAN flour to prepare it?
Yes dear, you can use PAN or Indian Head. You can also combine the two.
🙏👏🤝🤝👍.Please do you live in Italy 🇮🇹?it's because of the type of 🌽you used because i'm a Ghanaian leaving in Italy ,but that shop is full of good stuffs that I have not seen in any African shop where I live.
Hi dear, I live in The Netherlands 🇳🇱. I understand the struggle and I hope you can find some there. Thank you for watching.🤗
@@AmazinKitchen Oh ok
Please what type of corn can I use to make it yellow because I made mine but it’s does not look yellow
Any yellow corn will work. Most brands sell both the yellow and white. Just buy the 2 and mix them together as suggested in the video.
Smell this? What exactly please.
I don't think I understand your question.
@@AmazinKitchen you mentioned,” And when you smell this, then you know it’s done /ready” What smell exactly? You didn’t say
@@Expensive-op6pn oh.., I meant to say you can smell the sourness of the dough when it's well Fermented. I hope this helps.
@@AmazinKitchen yes it does, thank you
